After years of instability and emotional strain, 23-year-old Maya* is finally reclaiming her independence. With the help of The Lady Musgrave Trust and a strong support network, she’s created a safer, more stable home for herself and her two daughters – and, for the first time in years, space to plan for the future.
At just 23, Lauren* had already navigated years of housing insecurity while raising a child with special needs. This is her story, in her own words.
I believe that we, as a collective, need to work together to change the trajectory of young women and girls as early as possible.
As nonprofits we seek change, change for our beneficiaries, families and communities. In particular, homelessness is one social challenge we are all seeking to reduce. But how do we do that in an innovative way?
This new and improved website and revamped look represents a new chapter for The Lady Musgrave Trust and one that is filled with exciting things ahead. We still have so much more important work to do.
