The Handy Guide of Women’s Support Services was developed by The Lady Musgrave Trust to help women experiencing homelessness or domestic and family violence connect with support services across Queensland.
For many years, the printed guide has been a trusted and practical resource, built in partnership with community organisations and supported by generous contributors.
Following careful consideration and a review of our strategic priorities, the Board of The Lady Musgrave Trust has made the difficult decision to conclude reprinting the physical edition of The Handy Guide.
Before making this decision, the Trust explored whether another organisation could continue producing the printed guide. While this was not possible, ensuring the resource continues in an accessible online format remained a priority.
Remaining copies of the 2024–2026 edition will continue to be distributed while stocks last, order here. The PDF versions remain available for digital usage. Download the Brisbane & Surrounds version here and the Regional Queensland version here.
From 1 May, the online Handy Guide will continue under the stewardship of Brisbane-based, female-led agency The Content Division, underpinned by Infoxchange. The Lady Musgrave Trust will no longer manage the platform.
The Content Division has been involved in the online Handy Guide since 2022 and is a long-term partner of The Lady Musgrave Trust.
